• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, HR operations, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands\-on experience in HR functions.

• *Key Responsibilities:1\. Recruitment:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain candidate database and follow up with shortlisted candidates

• *2\. HR Operations:**

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• *3\. Payroll Management:**

• Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and TDS
• Coordinate with finance for salary processing
• Resolve payroll\-related queries from employees

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
