• *JOB DESCRIPTION:**

• Manage end\-to\-end employee life cycle of the employees.
• Handling Core HR activities like

Talent Acquisition

Joining \& On\-boarding to exit formalities

Talent Management

Employee engagement

Payroll \& Compliance,

Grievance Handling

• Collating data and preparation of reports required for Management decisions.
• Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources.
• Implement disciplinary policies, procedures and taking charge that it is followed properly.
• Payroll processing, handling statutory obligations \- PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc.
• Attendance \& Leave Management and other Admin related activities.

• *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:**

• Proven Experience as an HR (preferred from Manufacturing industry)
• Knowledge on Labor Law, factories act etc.
• Excellent communication, \& interpersonal skills
• Preferred Master degree in HR.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
