Job Description

We are looking for a proactive **HR Generalist** with experience in the **Construction/Infrastructure industry** to manage end\-to\-end HR operations for both office and site employees.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee database.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with project sites for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, EPF, and other statutory requirements.
Generate HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure sector.
Hands\-on experience with **HRMS software** and **SPINE HRMS/Payroll Software** is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, and labour compliance.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR reporting.

Experience handling both site and corporate employees.
Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR analytics.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multi\-location environment.
