We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive to manage comprehensive human resources operations at Octalsoft in Gujarat. The role covers end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, HRMS administration, and the entire employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities involve handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, using channels like job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to attract candidates. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, assist in hiring decisions, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for current and future needs. Additionally, preparing offer and appointment letters is part of the duties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement, with strong organizational abilities to ensure efficient HR management.
