Job Description

  • *Designation: HR Generalist**
  • *Job Summary:**

Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee support.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Exit).
  • Coordinate recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Manage attendance and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and issue all HR\-related letters.
  • Administer employee benefits (PF, ESI, GPA, GMC, etc.).
  • Process employee travel claims and reimbursements.
  • Address employee queries and resolve grievances.
  • Handle full and final settlement and exit formalities.
  • *Qualification:**
  • Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
  • *Experience:**
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
  • *Skills:**
  • Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HRMS.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • HR: 4 years (Required)
