- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- *Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback trends.
- Support employee grievance resolution and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- *HR Operations \& Compliance**
- Maintain HRMS and employee databases with accuracy.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employment\-related documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll teams.
- *Performance Management**
- Assist in implementing performance management processes.
- Track appraisal cycles, goal\-setting, and performance reviews.
- Support managers with performance improvement discussions and documentation.
- Generate reports and insights related to employee performance.
- *Employee Engagement \& Culture**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize employee wellness, learning, and recognition programs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support internal communication and employer branding activities.
- *HR Analytics \& Reporting**
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
- Track recruitment, attrition, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on HR data.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
