Objectives of the role
Manage and enhance employee lifecycle processes with a focus on people
management
Handle fresher onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking
Support Learning \& Development (L\&D) initiatives to upskill employees
Manage bench resources effectively and ensure optimal allocation
Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a healthy work
environment
Responsibilities
Oversee end\-to\-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit
formalities
Manage fresher batches including onboarding, induction, training coordination, and
performance tracking
Coordinate and execute Learning \& Development (L\&D) programs based on
business and employee needs
Handle bench/resource management including tracking availability, allocation, and
utilization
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional
manner
Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback, and
appraisals
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Required skills and qualifications
1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong understanding of HR functions including employee engagement, L\&D, and
resource management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
Basic knowledge of HR tools, MS Excel, and HRMS systems
Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred skills and qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Experience in managing freshers or campus hires
Exposure to Learning \& Development initiatives
Understanding of bench/resource management in IT/services environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
