Role Purpose
To lead and drive the overall Human Resources strategy for the manufacturing business by managing Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development (OD), Learning \& Development, Culture Building, and statutory compliance while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:1\. HR Strategy \& Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and department heads.
- Build and strengthen organizational capability and workforce planning.
2\. Organizational Development (OD)
- Drive Organization Development initiatives across the business.
- Design and implement organization structure, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
- Lead change management and culture transformation initiatives.
- Develop competency mapping and leadership development programs.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness projects.
3\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for plant, corporate, and leadership hiring.
- Build manpower planning and budgeting processes.
- Improve employer branding and hiring efficiency.
4\. Performance Management
- Design and manage PMS/KRA/KPI frameworks.
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Support leaders in performance improvement initiatives.
5\. Employee Relations \& Industrial Relations
- Maintain healthy employee and worker relations.
- Handle grievance management and employee discipline processes.
- Support IR initiatives and ensure smooth plant operations.
6\. HR Operations \& Compliance
- Ensure HR policy implementation and process governance.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements.
7\. Learning \& Development
- Create annual training calendars and capability\-building programs.
- Drive leadership and behavioral development initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and business impact.
8\. Compensation \& Benefits
- Drive compensation benchmarking and salary structures.
- Support rewards, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Organizational Development.
- **12–18\+ years of HR experience** with **minimum 5–7 years in Manufacturing industry.**
- Strong exposure to **Organizational Development (OD), HRBP, PMS, Change Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.**
- Experience handling **plant and corporate HR functions.**
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing / Industrial / Furniture / Engineering / FMCG setup.
- Experience in multi\-location workforce management.
- Exposure to HRMS and digital HR transformation.
Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹180,000\.00 per month
