We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to support the HR Head in managing day\-to\-day HR operations and employee\-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR Head in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee documentation, records, and HR compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases.
Coordinate performance management and employee grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling HR operations for a workforce of 200\+ employees.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and employees.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Executive role.
Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
