We are a fast\-growing influencer marketing agency and production house working with brands, creators, celebrities, and digital campaigns across various industries. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance and leave management processes.
• Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team\-building initiatives.
• Support internal communication and employee welfare programs.
• Help create a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

HR Administration

• Ensure HR records and files are updated and organised.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining trackers.
• Support the HR team in day\-to\-day administrative tasks.

• *Requirements**

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and willing to learn.
