• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Talent Acquisition:** Assist recruiters with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews across various departments.
• **Onboarding:** Help coordinate "Day 1" activities for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and information they need to succeed.
• **HR Administration:** Maintain and update digital employee records (HRIS) and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• **Employee Engagement:** Support the planning and execution of team\-building events, wellness initiatives, and internal newsletters.
• **Special Projects:** Conduct research on HR best practices (e.g., diversity \& inclusion, market salary trends, or policy updates).

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills (you'll be interacting with candidates and employees daily!).
• **Tech\-Savvy:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
• **Soft Skills:** A high level of **discretion** and **confidentiality** is a must. You should be organized, curious, and ready to take initiative.
