2\) Administration, Psychology, or a related field 3\) Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team **Roles \& Responsibilities:** 1\) Assist in sourcing and screening candidates 2\) Schedule and coordinate interviews 3\) Support onboarding and employee documentation 4\) Maintain HR records and databases 5\) Assist in employee engagement activities 6\) Provide administrative support for day\-to\-day HR operations 7\) Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
