HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist in onboarding new interns and employees.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Excel.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Recruitment and sourcing knowledge.
• LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, or other hiring portal familiarity.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
