About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands\-on exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to develop practical HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Handle routine HR administrative tasks and documentation.
Support attendance and leave management activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Compensation
**Stipend:** Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance and contribution.
Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
