About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a period of six months. This internship offers hands\-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• *Employee Onboarding**

• Support the onboarding process for new joiners.
• Assist in preparing joining documentation and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate induction and orientation activities.

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Support document management and personnel file maintenance.

• *Employee Engagement**

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
• Support internal communication and employee welfare programs.

• *Administrative Support**

• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR\-related activities.
• Handle other HR projects and assignments as required.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
