Job Summary

Linklet Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and career\-oriented HR Recruiter Interns who are passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. This internship offers hands\-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle and provides an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
• Support day\-to\-day recruitment and HR operations

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or final\-year student (HR background preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage
• Familiarity with MS Office and online job portals
• Willingness to learn and work in a target\-driven environment
• Self\-motivated, organized, and proactive
