• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Assist in job posting and employer branding activities.
• Support the HR team in day\-to\-day recruitment operations.
