HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in both HR compliance activities and recruitment processes. This internship offers hands\-on exposure to employee documentation, statutory compliance, hiring coordination, and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
• Prepare offer letters and employee documentation

Compliance Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, labor law documentation, etc.)
• Ensure employee files and records are updated and audit\-ready
• Support in attendance, leave, and payroll\-related documentation
• Help in preparing HR reports and compliance trackers
• Coordinate for policy acknowledgments and employee forms
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and confidentiality handling

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
