We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities. This internship provides hands\-on exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle and HR operations.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
· Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job fit.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
· Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Update recruitment status reports and share hiring progress with HR.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
· Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not mandatory
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
