About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Assist in preparing HR\-related documents, letters, and reports.
Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Support attendance, leave, and performance management processes.
Conduct research on HR best practices and market trends.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or HR software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
