Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solar module manufacturing company engaged in providing high\-quality solar energy solutions across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our HR team as HR Interns.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in attendance and employee engagement activities.
• Help prepare HR reports and MIS data.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, or any Graduate pursuing/completed HR specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
