• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **HR Intern – Talent Acquisition** to support our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands\-on experience in hiring, candidate management, and HR operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
• Post job openings on various platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

• *Requirements**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills (English \& Hindi preferred)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
