Position : HR Intern

Location: Delhi

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance and leave management processes.
• Prepare HR\-related reports and documentation.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support internal communication initiatives.
• Help collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.

Administrative Support

• Manage HR documents and filing systems.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR\-related activities.
• Support day\-to\-day HR operations as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
