Position: HR IT Recruiter Intern

EXperince\-2 months\-1 years in IT roles
Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms such as **Naukri.com**, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Hands\-on experience using Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹8,086\.00 \- ₹9,000\.08 per month
