• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **HR Lead** to join our human resource team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and have a strong experience across all HR processes, while contributing strategically to build a motivated, high\-performing team culture across Bangalore and Raichur.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

• *2\. Employee Engagement \& Performance Management**

• Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen team morale and retention.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance\-driven workplace culture.
• Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely goal\-setting and reviews.

• *3\. HR Operations \& Compliance**

• Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements
• Help with Policy development and review
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• *4\. Strategic HR \& Leadership Support**

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide data\-driven insights for decision\-making related to workforce planning and productivity.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication in English and Kannada, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
