Description

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage both **Talent acquisition (70%) and HR operations (30%)**. The ideal candidate will have the maturity to align HR strategies with business needs, handle complex people\-related issues, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

• *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Lead the full\-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

• *HR Operations**

• Oversee day\-to\-day HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and processes ensuring alignment with labor laws.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmations, transfers, exits).
• Ensure accurate HR documentation and MIS reporting.

• *Key Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong expertise in **recruitment and HR operations**.
• Sound knowledge of **HR compliance and statutory requirements**.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maturity in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\-on execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office \& HRMS tools.
