JOB TITLE: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end\-to\-end Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and ensure effective communication.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal processes, KPI management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• HR Policies \& Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Training \& Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and support employee growth initiatives.
• Payroll \& Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, compensation structures, and related HR operations.
• HR Analytics \& Reporting: Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, attrition reports, and provide regular insights to management.
• Culture \& Engagement: Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and performance\-driven workplace culture through employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
