Job Title: HR Manager (Recruitment \& Operations)

Job Purpose
The HR Manager will take full ownership of the talent acquisition pipeline and day\-to\-day HR operations for our branch. The ideal candidate will blend a strong, active background in sourcing and onboarding top talent with a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, local statutory compliance, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities1\. End\-to\-End Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- **Sourcing Strategy:** Actively source talent across multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, professional networks, and local recruitment partners.
- **Screening \& Interviewing:** Manage the initial resume screening, conduct HR interview rounds to evaluate cultural fit, and coordinate technical panel interviews.
- **Offer \& Documentation:** Handle salary negotiations, reference checks, and draft official offer and appointment letters.
- **Metrics Tracking:** Monitor critical recruitment metrics such as Cost Per Hire (CPH) and Time to Fill to continuously optimize the hiring pipeline.
2\. Onboarding \& Employee Lifecycle
- **Induction:** Design and deliver a smooth onboarding experience to introduce new hires to the organizational culture and workflows.
- **Probation Management:** Track probation timelines, manage mid\-probation reviews, and formalize confirmation procedures.
- **Offboarding:** Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback trends to improve retention, and handle full and final settlement documentation.
3\. HR Operations \& Benefits Administration
- **Attendance \& Leaves:** Oversee monthly attendance logs, tracking sick leaves, casual leaves, and ensuring adherence to company policy restrictions.
- **Payroll \& Records:** Maintain clean, updated digital employee files (via HRMS/ERP platforms) and coordinate accurate inputs for monthly payroll.
- **Statutory Compliance:** Monitor basic compliance alignment (PF, ESI, and workplace safety guidelines).
4\. Performance \& Engagement
- **Retention Strategies:** Identify attrition triggers and implement proactive retention and motivation initiatives tailored to the branch team.
- **Team Building:** Organize periodic staff engagement activities, celebrations, and professional development sessions to maintain high workplace morale.
Skills \& Qualifications
- **Education:** MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a closely related field. Professional HR certifications are a strong advantage.
- **Experience:** Exactly 2 to 3 years of verifiable track record in recruitment and HR operations.
- **Language Skills:** Exceptional communication in English and fluency in Malayalam to facilitate smooth local coordination.
- **Technical Savvy:** Hands\-on experience with modern HRMS tools, payroll trackers, and Excel\-based data reporting.
- **Core Traits:** High emotional intelligence, active listening, strong negotiation skills, and structural time management.
