We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people practices, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Candidates with experience in **IT, Real Estate, or related industries** are encouraged to apply.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
• Lead end\-to\-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture programs.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain market competitiveness.
• Provide HR business partnering support to senior leadership and department heads.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead HR analytics, reporting, and data\-driven decision\-making initiatives.
• Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
• Support change management and organizational transformation projects.
• Build and mentor a high\-performing HR team while fostering a positive workplace environment.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial HR role.
