• **Job Summary:***

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee on\-site construction activities, ensure project execution as per design, timelines, and quality standards, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• Supervise day\-to\-day site operations and construction activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Manage material planning, procurement, and inventory at site
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Identify and resolve technical issues at site
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety norms, and company policies
• Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff

• **Required Skills \& Competencies:***

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Good project planning and time management skills
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
• Familiarity with software like AutoCAD is preferred

• **Qualifications:***

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or related field
• Relevant certifications (if any) are an added advantage

• **Preferred Experience:***

• Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects
• Handling end\-to\-end site execution
• Exposure to large\-scale projects is a plus

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
