1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for plant and office roles (operators, supervisors, engineers, staff)
Coordinate interviews with production and functional heads
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees
2\. Employee Relations \& Industrial Relations
Maintain healthy relations between management and workers
Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution
Coordinate with unions (if applicable) and support negotiations
Ensure proper implementation of standing orders and company policies
3\. Attendance \& Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records
Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing
Ensure compliance with statutory wage regulations
4\. Compliance \& Statutory Requirements
Factories Act
PF (Provident Fund)
ESIC
Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages Act
Maintain statutory registers and support audits
5\. Performance Management
Support appraisal processes for plant and staff employees
Assist in setting KPIs aligned with production targets
Track performance improvement plans
6\. Training \& Development
Identify training needs for shop\-floor and staff employees
Organize safety, technical, and behavioral training programs
Maintain training records and effectiveness reports
7\. HR Operations \& Administration
Maintain employee records and HRMIS systems
Handle employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, promotion, exit)
Manage HR documentation and reporting
8\. Health, Safety \& Welfare
Support EHS (Environment, Health \& Safety) initiatives
Ensure safety compliance and employee awareness
Oversee welfare activities like canteen, transport, and facilities
Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
