We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle the complete HR function, including Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, Attendance \& Leave Management, HRMS Administration, Training \& Development, Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and Exit Management.

The candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops \& Establishment Act, disciplinary procedures, and HR audits. Hands\-on experience with HRMS software and managing end\-to\-end HR processes is mandatory.
