Job Description: HR Manager – Recruitment \& Payroll

Roles \& Responsibilities

\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of vacancies across departments.

\- Use Naukri.com for candidate sourcing, resume database searches, Boolean searches, keyword searches, and candidate shortlisting.

\- Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and senior\-level recruitment as per business requirements.

\- Manage job postings, recruitment pipelines, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate follow\-ups until joining.

\- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and meet hiring targets.

\- Track recruitment metrics, including time\-to\-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

\- Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

\- Ensure accurate payroll records, employee documentation, and full \& final settlements.

\- Monitor applicable PF, ESI, TDS, and labour law compliance.

\- Prepare recruitment MIS, payroll reports, and manpower status reports.

\- Lead the HR team and ensure efficient recruitment and payroll operations.

Qualifications \& Requirements

\- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.

\- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management.

\- Advanced working knowledge of Naukri.com is mandatory, including Resume Database, Boolean Search, keyword combinations, and talent mapping.

\- Proven track record of closing vacancies within defined timelines.

\- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

\- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
