We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, source quality candidates, and handle hiring for multiple departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for senior, mid\-level, and junior positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and consultants.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until joining.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment turnaround time.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants.

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Strong expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
