- **Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding:** Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all medical staff possess valid credentials and that the facility strictly adheres to Indian labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- **Employee Relations:** Managing shift rosters, handling grievances, and mediating conflicts to maintain workplace harmony and high retention.
- **Performance \& Training:** Designing KPI\-driven performance reviews and coordinating ongoing medical training and engagement initiatives.
