Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all HR processes from onboarding to exit including documentation, induction, performance management, and offboarding.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee hiring across departments; attract and recruit top talent aligned with the company’s values and growth vision.
Culture \& Engagement: Build a strong and inclusive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives, team\-building activities, and recognition programs.
Growth \& Development: Identify employee development needs and work with leadership to implement training programs
Ownership \& Initiative: Be a proactive problem solver who is self\-driven and capable of taking initiative.
