Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for managing end\-to\-end human resource operations for a commercial vehicle dealership or automotive business. The role includes recruitment, manpower planning, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and industrial relations across sales, service, workshop, spares, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities1\. Recruitment \& Manpower Planning
* Handle recruitment for
- Sales Executives
- Service Advisors
- Technicians \& Workshop Staff
- Drivers \& Helpers
- Back\-office/Admin staff
- Conduct interviews and onboarding
- Maintain manpower budgets and staffing levels
2\. Employee Relations \& Industrial Relations
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Maintain healthy workplace culture
- Handle worker disputes and labor\-related issues
- Coordinate with union representatives where applicable
3\. Payroll \& Attendance Management
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift rosters
- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and commissions
- Ensure salary processing accuracy
4\. Statutory Compliance
* Ensure compliance with
- PF
- ESIC
- Bonus
- Shops \& Establishment Act
- Factory Act
- CLRA
- Labor laws
- Support audits and inspections
5\. Performance Management
- Implement KPI\-based appraisal systems
- Monitor productivity for sales and workshop teams
- Support increment and promotion processes
6\. Training \& Development
- Organize OEM training programs
- Conduct induction and skill\-development sessions
- Coordinate technical and behavioral training
7\. HR MIS \& Documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports:
- Attrition
- Headcount
- Attendance
- Training
- Compliance reports
8\. Employee Engagement
- Conduct engagement activities and welfare programs
- Improve retention and workplace satisfaction
- Drive organizational culture initiatives

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 5–10 years HR experience preferred
