About the Role
DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations along with a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee lifecycle management
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and HR operations
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Understanding of digital marketing roles and hiring requirements
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Good knowledge of HR practices and policies
Understanding of digital marketing profiles and industry trends
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
