HR Manager

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a responsible and well\-organized HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day human resource activities, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment, and support employee relations and HR compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage employee relations and support a positive workplace environment.
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and confidential records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and other HR\-related documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and management on staffing requirements and employee\-related matters.
• Support HR administrative activities and ensure the smooth functioning of daily HR operations.

• *Requirements**

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of labour law compliance and statutory requirements will be an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR\-related software.

• *Experience:** 2–4 years in HR or a related role.
