Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Manager – Factory Operations** to oversee the overall functioning of our Ayurveda medicine manufacturing unit at Maravattom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day factory operations, coordinating multiple departments, optimizing resources and ensuring production efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall day\-to\-day operations of the manufacturing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Lead and supervise cross\-functional departments, including Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Stores, Maintenance and Administration.
• Ensure effective coordination between departments for smooth factory operations.
• Monitor production targets, operational performance and departmental productivity.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control costs.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
• Monitor adherence to GMP, quality standards, safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational challenges, take corrective actions and report performance to management.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic medicine, FMCG or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing multiple departments and cross\-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, factory administration and operational management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Ability to manage teams, drive performance and achieve operational targets.
