HR Manager - Hotel Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take hands\-on responsibility for people operations at Vimala Regency. A minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is required.

Responsibilities

\- Manage recruitment, joining, employee records and exit formalities.

\- Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs with department heads and Accounts.

\- Support staffing plans, induction, training and performance follow\-through.

\- Handle employee concerns and disciplinary processes with sound judgment and proper records.

\- Maintain statutory HR records and coordinate applicable compliance requirements.

\- Work closely with operating departments to build reliable staffing and accountability.

Candidate profile

\- At least 10 years of relevant hotel/hospitality HR experience.

\- Demonstrable hands\-on responsibility for recruitment, employee relations and payroll coordination.

\- Able to manage HR independently in a working hotel environment.

\- Willing to work full\-time on\-site in Adoni.
