Sales Manager - Hotel Rooms and Events

Vimala Regency is expanding its sales team and seeks a Sales Manager to develop room and event business. This is an additional position in the existing sales team.

Responsibilities

\- Develop corporate accommodation, group, meeting, conference and social\-event business.

\- Prospect suitable accounts, arrange sales meetings and property visits, and follow enquiries through to confirmed bookings.

\- Prepare proposals within approved rates and commercial authority.

\- Maintain accurate CRM records, next actions and a clear sales pipeline.

\- Coordinate booking requirements and handovers with hotel operating teams.

\- Support collection follow\-up and build repeat business through reliable account management.

\- Report sales activity, conversion and confirmed revenue against agreed targets.

Candidate profile

\- Demonstrable hotel sales experience and evidence of personally generated room or event business.

\- Able to prospect actively, negotiate within authority and follow opportunities through to conversion.

\- Comfortable maintaining CRM records and coordinating with hotel operations.

\- Willing to work full\-time on\-site in Adoni.
