- Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on anticipates needs
- Accountable for the complete lifecycle of employees.
- Managing compensation and benefits plans.
Report on employee turnover rates.
Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities.Coordination with all Senior Management.Identifies the skill set \& gap of all the functions.Ensure hotel staff compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.Responsible for training \& development for all human resources.Execution \& Delivery of PMS.- Must have work experience of 7 to 10 years’ experience in HR Operations, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good hands\-on MS Office with HRIS.
- Experience in conducting mass interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
- Additional diploma in Hotel Management shall be weight to profile.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
