• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive **(5–10 years)** who can independently manage end\-to\-end HR functions across both factory and corporate environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced manufacturing setup and can handle both people and processes efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for factory staff, merchandisers, CAD designers, and office roles
• Coordinate bulk hiring as per production requirements
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future needs
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads

• *2\. HR Operations**

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in HR data
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR functioning across departments

• *3\. Compliance \& Statutory Requirements**

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labor laws, and statutory regulations
• Maintain documentation and readiness for audits
• Support compliance related to RJC / SEDEX / other audit standards (if applicable)

• *4\. Employee Engagement \& Culture**

Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment

Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution

Drive basic engagement initiatives across factory and office staff

• *5\. Performance \& HR Systems**

Assist in performance tracking and basic appraisal processes

Help implement structured HR practices as the company scales

Maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review

• *Candidate Profile**

• *5–10 years of HR experience** (manufacturing/jewelry industry preferred)

Strong understanding of factory \+ corporate HR operations

Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and workforce handling

Ability to handle pressure in a fast\-growing, high\-demand environment

Strong communication and coordination skills
