HR Manager

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
• Partner with department heads on manpower requirements and job profiles
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation confirmation
• Run annual appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI setting and increment recommendations
• Design and administer salary structures, benefits and leave policies
• Resolve grievances and manage disciplinary actions, show\-cause notices and inquiries
• Plan engagement activities, recognition programmes and employee surveys
• Identify training needs and manage the annual training calendar
• Ensure statutory compliance and readiness for audits and inspections
• Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance and cost
• Draft and update HR policies and the employee handbook

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
