Job Summary
Kalyam Pharma is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, training, performance evaluation, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a productive workforce and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Staffing
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Employee Records \& Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Ensure proper documentation of joining, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.
- Verify employee documents and maintain HR database.
Attendance \& Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
- Manage leave records and approvals.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
Training \& Development
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Conduct induction training for new employees.
- Support sales and product training initiatives.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance and KPI achievement.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Recommend promotions, increments, and corrective actions.
Payroll \& Compensation Support
- Coordinate salary processing and incentive calculations.
- Maintain employee compensation records.
- Support payroll and reimbursement activities.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Maintain discipline and positive workplace culture.
- Promote employee engagement and retention.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Sales organizations preferred.
