HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and university regulations.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non\-teaching staff.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
• Administer performance appraisal and development programs.
• Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave management.
• Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
