Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and employee\-related activities.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Handle employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with management and the plant team for HR\-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Must be willing to travel to the Rajkot plant 2–3 times per month, as required.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently.
