• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Minimize equipment breakdowns and improve machinery reliability.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams.

• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
