Job Description
- **Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding:** Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle—from screening to onboarding—to attract and retain top talent. \[1, 2]
- **Employee Relations:** Serve as a liaison between management and staff, mediating disputes, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. \[1, 2, 3]

Qualifications \& Skills
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar HR executive role, with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- **Certifications:** Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM\-CP, PHR) are highly desired.
- **Core Skills:** Excellent conflict resolution, high emotional intelligence, proficiency in HR analytics, and strong communication skills
